Welcome to our first housing guide! First, place the partition wall and the shelf. Try to set the shelf at the same height you want your tabletop item to be.

Then place the tabletop item on the shelf and select the wall to move all the items to the chosen place. If you play on a PS4 or with a controller, select the table top item. You have to click on the option — the icon with the four squares — and turn it off — the icon will turn blue. Unselect the tabletop item and pick up the wall.

But I did figure I could at least talk about my general opinions so far, and the attention the Au Ra received. There were also several more morally grey characters this time around.

And they existed on both sides of the fence this time! I will say though that it went awfully fast. Far and away my favorite aspect of Stormblood was all the attention it gave to the Au Ra race.

In this case you can be a Raen white scalesor you can be a Xaela black scales, like the NPCs pictured above.

Wall-mounted and tabletop items trick

Which that alone is pretty cool! But what really caught my attention was just how detailed this expansion was with the Xaela. You have an entire chain dedicated to learning how to communicate with the mute Qestir tribe that runs the trading post and prevent an idiotic foreigner from blowing them all up!

That, or enough foreigners traveled the Steppe to write such traditions down. Even more interesting still is despite the fact that the Xaela are very primitive, their tribes represent some surprisingly modern cultural topics. The entire Dotharl tribe, for example, plays on gender identity politics. When a Dotharl dies the soul will remain behind for a limited time.

If there is a baby conceived during this time frame, the soul will transport itself into the fetus and be reborn as that child. However there are no gender restrictions to this reincarnation.

Koko is Koko, the soul is the soul, and the flesh is just that: temporary by comparison. He then proceeds to explain that the leader of the Dotharl fan favorite Sadu, seen in the second screenshot with white hair is in the same situation as he is. Sadu was a man in three different previous incarnations. Only now she has been reborn as a woman. Once again: Sadu is Sadu.

And that is just… so damn refreshing to see in a video game! This entire questline made me wish the struggles in the Azim Steppe were their own expansion pack. That being said: the Raen clan got shafted by comparison. The general lore of the Raen clan is that they were driven out of their ancestral home. Some ended up assimilating with the Domans and the Hingashi which are Chinese and Japanese inspired, respectively.

But holy shit was I fascinated by what little lore we got for the Raen! They also have an entire map dedicated to their living areas and tribes. Whereas the Raen get…teeny tiny Sui-no-Sato. I understand that quite a few Raen assimilated with other cultures. And you DO see them in those other maps. There should have been several little pockets of underwater Raen towns! That, or Sui-no-Sato should have been twice the size that it was.

There was so much they could have done with this concept! I was just left starving for more information on their culture.

Eorzea Database

And I feel really bad for Raen players that were looking forward to learning about their clan of choice. My left side is essentially Ryumakyu gear now because of it. The developers finally, FINALLY paid attention to what interior decorators were doing with housing glitches and gave us official lofts! This site remains up for existing Patreons to allow them to obtain Prices and History of items on many servers.

Lovely light throughout. Finally finished!! This is a personal project of mine to use only the top floor of a small, so there are items on the top floor only. I blocked off the stairs and basement and used that small space for the bathroom.

I wanted to keep everything pretty simple and minimalistic with details focused on the eye-catchers like the kitchen area. I envisioned a multi-floor build using the wide and open space in a large house, with a garage on first floor when you walk in, to upstairs to the main living area with living room and kitchen, then finally the bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

I was inspired to make this type of home from going to Vietnam and seeing how people lived in these vertical constructed houses where there would be typically a garage area on the first floor as parking space is a premium on the streets.

People would park their motorcycles or cars in the first floor and go upstairs to their living area. I thought it would be a neat idea to try something like that in this build with a modern twist. I went for mostly white, bright, open space, lots of windows to emphasize the space. Enjoy and good luck to everyone on Shadowbringers! Its a dark nostalgic house, with glimpses of light and water trying to break through ; customer loved it, so im very happy too!!

Construction permit for a medium house is 1 million. Also when moving furniture in the house you can activate this little button that does "snap to grid" or something like that, which makes furniture move or rotate along set distances to help it look even and neat when you're doing stuff like messing about with partitions.

I dont quiet understand the permit part. From what i understand I need to have money to be able to build the house after purchase the plot and once I buy the house and want to change it let's say small, it will cost me another k?
